Emet vs Bible Chat
Bible Chat is an AI conversation product. Emet is a full Bible workspace for reading, journaling, fellowship, and AI that stays under Scripture.
| Topic | Emet | Bible Chat |
|---|---|---|
| AI authority | Does not hallucinate scripture, cross-references KJV for accuracy, and never speaks as God | Generic AI chat can invent references when guardrails are thin |
| Workspace | Reader, studies, maps, journals, prayer, and reading plans in one place | Primarily chat-first Bible Q&A |
| Fellowship | Friends, messaging, and chapter conversation when you want community | Community depends on the chat product surface |
| Pricing clarity | Free, Pro ($7.99/m founding), and Disciple ($14.99/m founding) listed on /pricing | Often freemium with weekly IAP pricing that can surprise buyers |
